The opportunity to report is open to all employees, business partners, and other third parties. If you suspect that behavior is violating legal or internal regulations or our Code of Conduct—whether through active actions or omissions—we ask you to report it. Violations can be reported to your compliance officer or to another suitable authority (e.g., supervisors or HR representatives).
Reports can also be made (anonymously) through the established reporting system SpeakUp . It is possible to report a violation online in writing or to make a phone report. When reporting a violation, both the privacy policy for the use of SpeakUp and the SpeakUp guideline (procedural regulations) for handling complaints and compliance concerns apply.
